Issue while creating Repair order (Material not found in plant (check entry))

Hi Experts,

I am facing an below issue while creating Repair order (order type is RAS & Item category is IRRS),

Material not found in plant (check entry)

Message no. CO010

Diagnosis

The material that you have specified has no material master record in plant.

Procedure

There are two possibilities:

Enter a different material.

Create a material master record for the material.

But material already exists in the plant.

I have done little R&D on the issue, I Came to know that If repair procedure 0001 is assigned to Item category IRRS, than I am getting above issue,

If repair procedure 0001 removed for Item category IRRS System shown different issue that is service cannot be created.

I have searched in Google and forum but no use. Please help me out.
