Unable to see communication

Hello Guru g /my moderator,

                                          Few day back I raise a query on smartforms , when i check my email account i saw a mail received by scn.sap i can see i received some reply on that query , however when i check my scn.sap account i am unable to see that communication.....plz tell me how i can see those communication.........I already check communication and content tab.
