Reg A/P Down payment against Purchase order with Excisable duty tax

Hi..!

          I raised purchase order for excisable item. .then raised A/P down payment invoice with 100% down payment, when i tried to add this document an error occured Duty status ' with payment of duty' is not allowed for cenvat tax codes in A/P down payment request & A/P down payment invoice.
