Hi,
I was blogged forward by Jitendra Kansal and Vivek Singh Bhoj. Special thanks to both of them for giving me an opportunity to be a part of this wonderful group.
Its an innovative and interesting thought by Moshe Naveh to bring all the forum members and their experiences on a single stage across the globe. Thanks to Moshe Naveh for his initiation and efforts on this fantastic idea!
About Me:
My name is Srinivas, which is a very common name in south India. I born in a middle class family from a town called "Huzurabad" in Karimnagar District of Andhra Pradesh, India. Family members and close friends call me "srinu". In childhood, my family moved to a place called "Mancherial" as my father got a job in Singareni Colleries Company Limited, a Central and State owned mining company.
Here is my 3rd class group photo:
If possible, you can find me in the top row where I stand?
I studied till SSC in my home town joined in Diploma provided by State Board of Technical Education (SBTET) under Commercial and Computer Practice branch. Unluckily, the only branch was non-engineering subject but I enjoyed my three years of diploma life with Shorthand and type writing subjects.
Below picture is my Diploma college - Krishna Deva Raya Govt. Polytechnic, a 120 years old fort inaugurated by Jawaharlal Nehru in 1960's period. Its a historical fort managed by local rulers under Nizam Nawabs.

Holi Celebrations in Diploma College:
I really remembered college days and enjoyed myself while uploading college pics here. I personally thank Moshe for his great efforts on such a great idea in SCN.
Later, I have done my Graduation in B.Com., and Post Graduation in MBA-Finance from Osmania University, Hyderabad. College days were always good because of not much pressure on personal and professional life. Happy days were slowly went back and started rushing for job trails. Meanwhile, I have attended Oracle Apps Classes at Ameerpet, a very big IT Center in Hyderabad. Luckily, in middle of classes, I got an opportunity to work for a Paints manufacturing company as an Accountant. Due to financial crises, I didn't look at back and joined the company without second thought. I worked there for 3 years and learnt so many things personally and professionally.
At this moment, I started learning SAP and got an opportunity as a trainee in a small IT company in Hyderabad. I am very much happy and proud to be part of SAP ERP. Currently, I am working as an FICO Consultant with ERP Logic (India) Pvt. Ltd. (link: SAP Business ByDesign Cloud Partner of the Year 2010 & 2011 ).
About my hometown:
I am from a town called Mancherial from Adilabad District of Andhra Pradesh, on the banks of river Godavari, one of the biggest rivers in India. We have around 15 to 20 coal mines (Under ground and opencast) surrounding the town. With the help of Singareni Coal Mines, government produces Thermal Power at NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation).

What makes me happy all the time?
There is a quote by Dalai Lama XIV - "“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions" I will be happy if I do something I like and I love it. I love to travel and visit many places (including temples) all over India. Joining in SAP is also one of the reasons where we can travel and meet many people in diversified industries.
Also, I do help poor people by donating ration and clothes in old age homes. We have a group of 5 to 6 people and donate around INR4000 to INR5000 to old age homes per month at Miyapur, Hyderabad. We feel very happy when they treat us like their grand sons and share their emotions and day to day life. Also, really felt bad many times that most of their children well settled in India and abroad, but not even allowing them to stay back at home with one time meal in a day.
Why I choose SAP as career?
As I told above, my love for travelling and work with different people made me to choose SAP as career. Till date I visit some of beautiful places in India, Ooty, Kodai Kanal, Puri Jagannatha temple, Konark Temple in Bhuwaneshwar, Mahabalipuram, etc. My travel limited to within India and yet to travel outside if I get an opportunity.

Let me answer Jitendra questions...
1) What makes you smile/laugh?
Any good joke can make me smile and I love to watch comedy movies. In Telugu film industry- I like to watch movies and punch dialogues of a great writer and director called "Trivikram". Also, I like my wife's smile very much as she always looks happy and never show her sadness on face.
2) Had you not been into software at all, where would you have been?
If not software, I like to work for police department. I tried once but couldn't make it.
3) What is the craziest thing you would have done in your life?
I try to answer this question by taking some time. But, still couldn't make it because I always behave simple and cool.....
Also, Let me answer Vivek Singh Bhoj's questions below:
What is your best moment in life?
I recently got married. My marriage is the best moment in life as I waited for years to marry the girl I loved.
How did you get into SAP technology?
As I told you in the above, due to some kind of financial crises and love for travelling made me to choose SAP as career. Luckily, without much pressure and hard work I joined in a small IT company in Hyderabad.
